In the month of May, we invite you to take part in the 9th Castreño Pottery Workshop, a unique experience to get closer to the ancestral techniques of our forebears.
The workshop will take place in two complementary sessions:
🗓️ May 2: shaping the piece
🗓️ May 30: firing in an open earth kiln using plant-based fuel, recreating the traditional techniques of the Castreño period
During this activity, you will be able to create your own piece and experience firsthand an experimental archaeology process, in which the pieces will come to life just as they did in the past.
